Jason is Co-Founder and Director of Heenan & Browne Visa and Migration Services. He has a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Ireland, Galway and Master of Law from the University of Cambridge. He completed the Graduate Certificate in Migration Law (with High Distinction) at Australian National University (ANU).
Jason is a Registered Migration Agent, a Member of the Migration Institute of Australia and a Member of Migration Alliance. He is also an elected committee member of the Migration Institute of Australia (ACT branch) and an Associate Member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
Before migrating to Australia, he was working at one of Ireland's leading corporate law firms. He is a former law lecturer and has in the past worked as a visa process officer with the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade processing visas.
At Heenan & Browne Visa and Migration Services, Jason specializes in complex submission work, including appeals to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (formally the MRT) and Ministerial Intervention applications and Standard Business Monitoring. He also works with the employer-sponsored team on a number of visa applications.
Jason is an experienced traveller and has embraced an array of cultures throughout his life. Being a migrant himself, Jason understands how important the migration process is to individuals and strives to make the process as easy as possible. When he is not assisting clients, he enjoys table-tennis, travelling and experiencing different cultures.
