Can I have a consultation online?

Consultations can be held via Zoom during the Covid-19 pandemic – we will send you a meeting ID prior to your appointment.

Face to Face meetings will recommence when it is safe to do so.

Do you have any Immigration Lawyers in the office?

How much does a visa application cost?

I can’t speak English. Can I speak with a consultant in my native language?

Does your office provide interpreters?

We do not provide interpreters, however, you are welcome to have your own interpreter present during your consultation.

My visa has been refused. What must I do?

So sorry to hear that. It’s extremely important to act quickly, as you only have a limited time frame to make an appeal.  The best thing to do is meet with one of our Registered Migration Agents as quickly as possible, as there will be a time limit on your appeal. Do you assist with Judicial Review?

We do not assist with Judicial Review and we do suggest that you seek assistance from an Immigration Lawyer.

How do I apply for an Employer Sponsored visa? 186, 482, 494, ENS, TSS

If you have an Australian employer who is willing to sponsor you we recommend that you have an appointment with one of our Registered Migration Agents. A lot of information is required from both the employer and the visa applicant. If you are looking for employment, then please seek assistance with an employment agency.

How do I apply for a partner or spouse visa?

Partner and spouse visas allow Australian citizens, permanent residents and Eligible New Zealand citizens to sponsor a partner to migrate to Australia.

There are two main kinds of these visas:

  1. Spouse / de facto visa; or
  2. Prospective Marriage visas.

How do I apply for a permanent parent visa?

How do I apply for a temporary parent visa?

I’d like to find out more about general skilled migration

The criteria that must be met for applicants to be successful under the skilled Migration include:

  • Have an occupation listed on the Skilled Occupation list
  • Have your skills assessed by a relevant skills assessment body to make sure that they are at a specific level required for that particular occupation.
  • You must ne under 45 years of age
  • Have completed a competent level of English (at least a score of 6 each in IELTS or equivalent English test)
  • You must have completed university, trade, or work experience relevant to your nominated occupation

If you can’t satisfy these requirements, you may be able to access other options.

How do I apply for a skilled independent visa? (the 189 visa)

The Skilled Independent (Subclass 189) permanent visa  is for people with skills in demand in the Australian job market.

Applicants are not required to be sponsored by a relative or a State/Territory Government, so you can migrate independently.

How do I apply for a Skilled Work Regional Provisional visa? (the 491 visa)

The Skilled Regional Provisional (Subclass 491) visa is a five year provisional visa. You will have the opportunity to apply for permanent residency after you have lived for at least 3 years and have a taxable income at or above a specific income threshold for at least three years in a Designated Regional Area of Australia. You also must be sponsored by an eligible relative living in Australia or obtain nomination from a participating State or Territory government agency.

How do I apply for a Skilled Regional (Residence) visa? (the 887 visa)

You can apply for a Skilled Regional (Residence) (Subclass 887) visa on a 489 visa to obtain permanent residency.  You must have:

How do I apply for a Skilled Graduate visa? (the Subclass 485 visa)

Do you assist with Bridging E visa? Do you assist with Bridging B visa?

Yes, we do. A Bridging E visa allows applicants to stay lawfully in Australia while they make arrangements to leave, finalise their immigration matters or wait for an immigration decision.

A Bridging B visa allows applicants to leave and return to Australia during a specified travel period while their application for a substantive visa is being processed.

What does ANZSCO stand for?

Can I apply for a Subclass 485 visa as a primary applicant if I already held a Subclass 485 as a secondary visa holder?

Yes, having held a Subclass 485 as a secondary visa holder does not exclude you from applying for a Subclass 485 visa as a primary applicant, provided you meet all other requirements for the visa subclass.

How do I update the Department of Home Affairs if my passport details have changed?

​​​​​​You need to tell the Department when you get a new passport so that your new passport details can be linked it to your visa or application. The quickest way to do this is to update your passport details via ImmiAccount.

Update Details – ImmiAccount

  • Login to your ImmiAccount
  • Use the ‘+’ icon ​next to your visa or citizenship application to expand the application details
  • Select ‘Update details’
  • ​Select ‘Change of passport details’
  • Select the applicant
  • Enter the new passport details
  • Enter the reason for the change
  • Select ‘Submit’​​

Your passport will be linked to your visa or application within 72 hours.

If you have not used ImmiAccount before you may be able to create a new account, and import your application to use the online change of passport form.

You can import an application into ImmiAccount if:

  • you have an in-progress paper application or
  • an online application was ​lodged for you by someone else, such as a Registered Migration Agent​.

Payment Details:

Standard consultation fee: $230.46 (inclusive of GST)

For Complex matters, Visa cancellation/Refusal, and Work Visa/Sponsorship matters: $337.26 (inclusive of GST).

The consultation fee is mandatory and must be paid at the time of booking an appointment.

Consultation Cancellations

As our consultation service is in high demand, we do not offer refunds for canceled consultation appointments. However, if you give us more than three business days’ notice, we are more than happy to credit paid fees towards rescheduling another consultation at a suitable time and date. We do take exceptional circumstances into consideration and will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Lateness and No Shows

Our time is valuable and so is yours. If you are late for your appointment you will need to reschedule. This is so all our clients who have booked a consultation get a fair go. If you do not show up to your booked appointment, your payment will not be refunded.
